Using the Private Directory
The Private Directory is a password-protected directory where you can store personal contact names and
information. The Private hard key usually acts as a toggle switch: press once to view the Private directory or to enter
a contact into the directory when adding or updating names to the directory. Press again to return to The General
Directory or to return the item to the General Directory.

create two separate directories.
