Using the Directory
The GKT Directory is a versatile electronic phone book from which you can:
•
Speed dial contact entries simply by pressing their nearby softkey
•
Store, update or delete contact entries and information
•
Construct a Favorites List of frequently dialed numbers (FDN)
•
Speed dial an alternate number for the contact entry from the Details view
•
View all the information for a specific contact from Details
•
Create a separate, private, password-protected Directory
The GKT can store up to 1000 different contact records at a maximum of 64Kbytes. The more records used, the less
space there is for each record and visa versa. Enter information as desired. All data is stored inside the GKT. For an
exact count of number of records and bytes used in the Directory
