28.3 Wiring
Two analog inputs can be wired to each of the two X1 and X2 connectors. A
measuring range of 4–20 mA with cable break monitoring is supported, as is
a measuring range of 0–20 mA without cable break monitoring.
The current input channels use a differential voltage measurement at an
internal module resistor with a resistance of 50
Ω
.
It must be ensured that the input signals' voltage levels fall within the per-
missible common mode range.
Two analog outputs for a burden resistance of less than 500
Ω
can be wired
to connector X2.
