B Description of the screed

Application

The SVEDALA DEMAG EB 34 screed is operated in conjunction with a paver finisher.

The screed is used for laying:
- bitumen materials,
- roll-down concrete or lean-mixed concrete,
- track-laying ballast or
- unbound mineral aggregates for foundations for paving.

The hydraulically extendable screed is intended for laying with variable operating
widths.

For the technical specifications of the screed, refer to the section ”Technical Data”.
