Reads status of Output number x = 1
to 8.

8. Non-active y = 0 ASCII (30h) or
Active y = 1 ASCII (31h).

Will respond with stored bluetooth module’s
address. Request the 12 digit stored bluetooth
address (ASCII, leading zeros).
