Platform SCP
➤ At the joints between the Upper latch beams S355
and the upper distance profile, bolt on a Tension
plate U300 (at top) and a Tension plate S355 (at bot-
tom). Insert the bolts as shown, from the outside.
Nuts & bolts etc. required for each base beam

12 screw-sets SCP M24x75 10.9
➤
Bolt Latch rolls onto the Latch beam (one Latch roll
at each end).
Required nuts & bolts etc.
▪
4 hexagon screws M20x60, strength grade 8.8
(EN ISO 4017 / DIN 933)
➤ Pin an Upper latch into each Upper latch beam S355
and secure with spring cotters.
➤ Set dimension 'a' to 49 mm (factory setting).
➤
Set dimension 'b' to 47 mm (factory setting).

Preparations for lifting-in
WARNING
Risk of fracture if unsuitable bolts are used.
➤
Use only the Screw-set SCP M24x75 10.9,
in every case.
➤
Use new screw-sets every time the equip-
ment is re-assembled.
➤
The bolted joints must comply with
EN 1090-2.

When the base beam is being lifted into the
shaft, the latches must each be held back with
a Quick-locking strap 55cm.
Inside the shaft, these straps are then removed.
