Platform SCP – Lifting unit attached on both sides

Vertical scaffold

Vertical profile 150/.../S355

- Is fixed in the Upper latch beams S355 and links

the upper base beam to the girder grille

▪

Bracing

- Is fabricated on a project-specific basis.
- Is used for transferring the horizontal loads.

Suspended platform

▪

Vertical profile FRQ 120

- Is pinned into the Vertical profile 150.
- Is used for fixing the suspended platforms, as an

overrun safety guard and as a guidepiece for the

lower base beam when pulling up the cylinder.

▪

U100 profile Level -1 .....mm

- Is fabricated on a project-specific basis.
- Is used for constructing the platform.

Hydraulic system

▪

Upper cylinder connector SCP

- Links the hydraulic cylinder to the girder grille.

▪

Hydraulic cylinder SCP

- The double-acting hydraulic cylinder is used to

raise the Platform SCP to the next casting sec-

tion. It is pinned into the lower base beam and

the Upper cylinder connector SCP.

▪

Cylinder head guide SCP

- This is a bend-protector for the Hydraulic cylin-

der SCP and is attached to the Upper distance

profile.

Suspended platform inside the core
walls

The suspended platform is used for placing the rein-

forcement and for operating the formwork.

Either the Platform cross double or the Platform

cross

WS10 are used for this, depending on the shaft

geometry.
Alternatively, the working platforms can also be sus-

pended on shaped tubes FRQ
