Platform SCP Typical sequence of lifting-phases – Lifting unit attached on one side

Raising the platform
➤ Press and hold down the 'Lift cylinder' button until the
platform has been lifted approx. 30 cm.
The upper brackets are no longer resting in the sus-
pension shoes.
➤
Remove the cone screws from the upper suspension
shoes.
➤ Press and hold down the 'Lift cylinder' button until the
suspension shoes of the main working platform are
at the same height as the new positioning points.
Combination of lifting units attached on both sides
and on one side
➤ Press the 'Lift cylinder' button for as long as neces-
sary until the latches of the Upper base beam have
swivelled into the latch-boxes of the new casting sec-
tion.
➤ Press and hold down the 'Lower cylinder' button until
the upper latches are seated in the latch-boxes and
there is no load on the latches of the lower base
beam.

Move the suspension shoes of the main working
platform to the same height as the new positioning
points.
To do this operate the cylinders of the lifting units
attached on one side one at a time.
Mounting the Suspension shoe
➤ Align the suspension shoes with the positioning
points.
➤ Fix the Bracket SCP suspension shoe to the Climb-
ing cones SCP with 2 Cone screws M36 SW50 9cm.
A tightening torque of 100 Nm (20 kg, assuming a
ratchet-length of approx. 50 cm) is sufficient.

Important note:
Failure of any one hydraulic cylinder during the
lifting operation will lead to deformations of the
platform.
➤ Watch out for the manometer indicator, and
act upon it!
➤ Stop the lifting operation if there are any
irregularities.
Do not resume the lifting operation until the
malfunction has been rectified.

The Bracket SCP suspension shoe must be
secured with 2 Cone screws M36
SW50 9cm.
▪
The Bracket SCP suspension shoe must be
flush against the concrete.
