Storing Snapshots
Digi 002 allows you to store up to 24 stand-
alone mix configurations and recall them at any
time. You can use snapshots to create mix tem-
plates or to capture a mix in progress.
A 25th mix configuration, containing stand-
alone system defaults, can be recalled, but can-
not be modified or renamed.
Snapshots store the following information for
each input channel:
• Channel name
• Channel fader position
• Channel pan position
• EQ and compressor settings
• Send levels
To store a snapshot of a mix configuration:

Arrange mixer controls, name channels, and
set effects controls as desired.

Return to Home View by pressing the Pan
switch in the upper left-hand corner of the Con-
sole View area.

Press F3 (Snapshot).

Press the Channel Select switch under Save.

Turn the Rotary Encoder under the snapshot
number to set the number (1–24).

Press the Left and Right Arrow keys in the
Navigation Section of Digi 002 to move the cur-
sor in the Scribble Strip display.

If you want to rename the snapshot, press the
Left and Right Arrow keys in the Navigation Sec-
tion, and turn the Rotary Encoder under the
snapshot number to change each character in
the snapshot name.

Press the flashing Channel Select switch to
save the snapshot, or press the Escape switch
twice to cancel the operation and return to
Home View.
To recall a snapshot:

Return to Home View by pressing the Pan
switch in the upper left-hand corner of the Con-
sole View area.

Press F3 (Snapshot).

Press the Channel Select switch under Load.

Turn the Rotary Encoder under the snapshot
number to recall the desired snapshot. (Snap-
shot #25 returns Digi 002 to its default settings.)

Press the flashing Channel Select switch to
load the snapshot, or press the Escape switch
twice to cancel the operation and return to
Home View.
