1. Use your fingers to grip the cover (A) from beneath and pull it off in a 

straight line.

2. Spread the cover (B) open slightly with your fingers and lift the cover 

(B) up and off.

3. Use your fingers to grip the cover (C) from beneath and pull it off in a 

straight line.

4. Then pull off the cover (D) in a straight line with your hand
