Unpack the new system board.

Install the system board.

Hold

he system board by its front edge and the memory module socket ejectors
.

Ca
refully lower the system board into the chassis
with the DIMM-socket side of the board tilted
down slightly to allow room for the board to clear the chassis wall slides. Ens
ure that the I/O
connectors on the back edge of the board fit underneath the ledge on the inside of the chassis
back panel.
When the board is properly positioned, the tabs on the chassis will fit through the corresponding
slots in the system board.

Slide the system board tray toward the back of the chassis until the retention pin snaps into
place
.
