Translation of the dialogs
To provide you with a system featuring the latest software version
as quickly as possible, the designations in the dialogs are not all
available straight away in all languages. In general they are available
in German and English. If the dialogs have to be changed quickly,
you may find that they feature the English designation rather than
the French one if you select the French version.
6.2 Selecting system parameters
The DMS/DLS can be adjusted suit various requirements and
applications using its system parameters. Different recording
settings, track names or track sizes, for example, may be used
depending on the system parameter set.
Normally the system parameters are set at the factory to the settings
specified in the purchase order. Normally, therefore, they do not
have to be changed.
NOTE
Your DMS/DLS is certified exclusively for "UVV
Kassen“ (Accident Prevention Regulation banks)
with the Bank parameter setting.
While the Industrie system parameters are suitable for any desired
use and the Tank parameters for gas stations, you must select the
Bank system parameters when used in banks and credit
institutions taking Accident Prevention Regulations into account.
NOTE
Please note that only the Industry system
parameters are available for the DMS 180 III
Enterprise.
