Function Description
Delete alarm The last alarm state will be canceled. Saved secure tracks will
be deleted. Locked tracks will be released again and the
images of the track will be deleted.
Send message with This contact function causes a message to be sent to the
value alarm host. A binary value can be set in the Contact Para-
meter dialog. This value is sent together with the
message and can be freely interpreted by the alarm host.
Start recording This function starts the recording of one or more cameras that
(recording mode Contact) are defined with recording mode Contact.
Which camera is relevant is defined in the Contact Para-
meter dialog (recording mode Contact).
Stop recording This function stops the recording that is still active (timer can
(recording mode Contact) be expired) that was triggered by Start recording (recording
mode Contact).
Which camera is relevant is defined in the Contact Para-
meter dialog.
Quit pause of all This contact function allows to activate all configured alarm
alarm-hosts hosts.
This contact function is no counterpart to the Pause all
active alarm-hosts contact function. It does not matter if the
alarm host was deactivated by Pause all active alarm-hosts
or before.
Pause all active This contact function allows to deactivate all configured and
alarm-hosts activated alarm hosts. No messages are sent to the alarm
hosts until the Quit pause of all alarm-hosts contact
function is triggered.
Log Start A so-called flag can be specified via configuration of the
function. This prompts the main process (task.exe) to output a
specific log file.
Log Stop The output of the log file initiated via Log Start is stopped.
Pause recording This function allows to stop or pause each active recording of
(all recording modes) one or more cameras. The recording mode of the camera does
not play a role for this function. Recording will be stopped for
Permanent cameras. If the recording mode of a camera is
Contact or Motion detection, the next event will not trigger
the recording.
Which camera is relevant is defined in the Contact Parameter
dialog.
