12 Setting camera timer
Depending on the place of use or installation of the camera it may
be necessary to deactivate the recording of the video signals of all
or specific cameras at certain times.The setting for this is made in
the Timer dialog. No inactive times are selected at the factory.
This dialog is accessed via:
Setup > Recording > Camera Timer
12.1 Setting inactive time ranges
As the timer can be set separately for each camera, you must first
select the camera for which you would like to make the setting. For
this purpose click the corresponding camera number in the Cameras
field.

Click the button for Inactive.

If you click on a required timeframe a dark
square will be displayed.This small square
corresponds to a time span of 15 minutes.

To mark a large timeframe, move the mouse
point to the required start time. Press and hold
the left mouse button. Now drag a rectangle
over the time area which is to be inactive for
picture recording.
