matter around the

fan?

YES

Remove the foreign matter.

Is the fan rotatable easily

by hand?

Remove the fan motor connector. (X106A)

Replace the fan motor.

resistance values between pins

balanced within ±20%?

Replace the outdoor unit main
PCB (A1P).
