Prerequisite:
Turn OFF the respective circuit breaker.

Remove the 2 screws and remove the upper air outlet assembly.

Put a small drain pan (or container) under the drain hose.

Remove the screw from the fixation bracket and pull the drain hose
downwards to remove it from the indoor unit.

Route the damper motor wiring harness out of the harness retainers and
remove the screw to disconnect the tie strap from the unit.

Remove the 2 screws and remove the lower air outlet assembly.
8
Remove the screw and remove the plate from the indoor unit heat exchanger.
