DAS-3600 Series Ethernet over VDSL Switch CLI Reference Manual

config scheduling mechanism

Purpose

Used to configure the traffic scheduling mechanism for each COS queue.

Syntax

config scheduling_mechanism

[ strict | wrr ]

Description

This command is used to specify how the switch handles packets in priority queues.

Parameters

strict

−

The highest queue first process.That is,the highest queue should be finished at first.

wrr

−

Using weighted roundrobin algorithm to handle packets in priority queues.

Restrictions

Only Administrator and Operation-level users can issue this command.

Example usage:

To configure the traffic scheduling mechanism for each COS queue:
