When the “Add Procedure” button is selected, the following pop up box will appear:
From this window, the minimal patient information that MUST be entered is
Patient ID, Patient
Name and Procedure. The ID# MUST be unique to this patient
. The other items are
optional. The Accession Number field can be manually entered, or if left blank one will be auto
generated. After all the required fields are entered and any optional fields as well, select the
“OK” button under “Add” to add the patient to the worklist.
