3.4.4 Network Setup

This page allows the network administrator to configure the private network settings of the

Residential Gateway. Select

Network Setup

from the

Setup

sub menu bar. Then,

Network Setup

screen page appears as follows:

3.4.4.1 LAN IP

This section allows you to assign a private IP address to the Residential Gateway. This is an IP

address which the Residential Gateway has on the private network. Below is the description of the

configuration parameters for the private network setup.

IP Address

Specify the private IP address of the Residential Gateway in the text

boxes.

Subnet Mask

－

Select a subnet mask from the pull-down menu. The subnet mask and

the private IP address will determine the private network of the Residential Gateway.
