ASSEMBLY
4.4.2 CENTER MOUNT
1. Remove the existing OEM cylinder mount from the front
of the reel arm and discard.
2. Use a 3/8 x 4-1/2” bolt and nylock nut to secure the
3-1/8” nylon bearing to the center reel mount base.
Nylon bearing should rotate freely
3. Slide the center reel mount onto the OEM reel arm.
Attach the bottom of the center reel mount to the OEM
reel arm using a 1/2” x 1-1/4” bolt and nut. (Figure 17)
4. Attach the lock bracket to the center reel mount with
two 1/2” x 1-1/4” bolts. The lock bracket should be
adjusted to securely clamp the center reel mount to
the OEM reel mount.
5. Attach the arm mount to the center reel mount using
two 1/2” x 4-1/2” bolts and nylock nuts.
6. Insert the center reel mount into the arm mount and
secure with a 1/2” x 2-3/4” bolt and 1/2” nylock nut.
7. Install new cylinder mount using four 1/2” x 1” Torx bolts.
8. Attach the cylinder to the cylinder mount with the
provided cylinder pin and two hair pins.
CAUTION
Be sure the reel is secure and will not move before be-
ginning installation.
4.4 REEL ARM MOUNT (FD1 & FD75 HEADERS)
