The output is closed while the group of gen-sets has enough capacity to fulfil
the

requested power reserve

. If this output is not closed it means the system

has not enough capacity to fulfil the reserve even if all the gen-sets will run.

OTE

Fulfiled reserve

means the actual reserve is above the requested reserve for

start.

OTE

This output

do not indicate the requested reserve has been already

fulfiled

. It only indicates whether the system is able to fulfil it or not.
