Verify the display switch on the rear case is on.

Unit will not turn off
CAUSE
SOLUTION
Sheet switch failure
Verify that as the OFF switch is depressed a bubble or
depression can be felt. Replace sheet switch if no depression
is found.
Power supply is defective
If the OFF switch is depressed, pin 6 should be pulled high.
If it is replace RY1 or the power supply.
Main board is defective
If pin 6 was no pulled high then replace the defective main board.
No sound
CAUSE
SOLUTION
Alarm Mute Active
Verify in the configuration screen that Volume is ON
Speaker wire
Verify connection of Speaker wire

Speaker is defective
Verify if power is passing through to speaker, if so replace
defective speaker
