SOUND SYSTEM WITH
CD/MP3 PLAYER

The following pages describe the
sound system in your vehicle, and
how to get the best performance
from it.
Your audio system is equipped
with the following audio sources:
• Radio
• CD/MP3 Player
Power/Volume Control
Press to turn the system on and
off.
Rotate the power/volume knob
to the right to increase the volume
and to the left to decrease the
volume.
Press and hold for more than
two seconds to silence the system.

Sound Menu
Use the SOUND button to
access the sound menu.
Each time you press the button a
different sound mode will appear
on the display.
After choosing the desired mode,
rotate the power/volume knob
to the right or left to adjust the
selected mode.
After making adjustments, press
the SOUND button again.
Bass Control
The bass control, BAS , increases or
decreases the bass tone.
To adjust the bass, do the
following:
1. Press the
SOUND
button
repeatedly to select this
display.
2. Rotate the power/volume
knob to the right or left to
adjust the tone as desired.
The bass level will appear on
the display.
After making adjustments, press
the SOUND button again.
Treble Control
The treble control, TRE , increases
or decreases the treble tone.
To adjust the treble, do the
following:
1. Press the
SOUND
button
repeatedly to select this
display.
2. Rotate the power/volume
knob to the right or left to
adjust the tone as desired.
The treble level will appear on
the display.
After making adjustments, press
the SOUND button again.
