If the machine indicates 'E602-xxyy', take the appropriate action according to the instructions indicated by the detail
code.
If 'E602-xxyy' is indicated, be sure always to turn off and then on the main power (so that auto recovery
sequence is executed).

Turn off the main switch, and check the
DC controller PCB and the 24V system
fuse; then, turn on the main switch.

The fixing heat exhaust fan is identified as having stopped or having an error.

There is an error in the fixing heat
exhaust fan.
Turn off the main power, and check the
supply of power to the fan; then, as
necessary, replace the fan, and turn on
the main power.

There is an error in the process unit cooling fan.

There is an error in the process unit fan.
Turn off the main switch, and check the
wiring of the DC controller PCB and
the 24V system fuse; then, turn on the
main switch.

There is an error in the primary charging suction/primary charging exhaust fan.

Turn off the main power, and check the
DC controller PCB and the 24V system
fuse; then, turn on the main switch.

The machine cannot recognize the HDD. The machine cannot find
BOOTDEV at time of start-up.
Remedy:
Turn off the main power, and check the connection of
the 2 cables from the HDD (power, SIDE); then, turn
on the main power.
At that time, check to see if the HDD rotates and
power is supplied.
