Restricting Use of Your FAX
By enabling this feature, you can prevent unauthorised use of your FAX to make calls
and send faxes.
Enabling Restriction of Your FAX
Follow this procedure to enable restriction of your FAX:

Press Function .

Press Data Registration .

Press OK .

Use or to select
SYSTEM SETTINGS

Press OK three times.

Use or to select
ON
.

Press OK twice.

Use the numeric buttons to enter a fourdigit
password.
• This password prevents unauthorised
access to the
LOCK PHONE
setting that
enables or disables restriction of your
FAX. If you do not want to enter a
password, ignore this step.

Press OK .
