Take a new drive gear and insert the four hex nuts in the slots.

Place the new drive gear into position on the media shaft (1). Make sure you align the drive gear
with the markers inside the shaft.
10.
Fasten the four screws (2), hand tight.
11.
When you want to replace the second drive gear of the media shaft, repeat steps 4 to 10.
12.
The media shaft is now ready for use.
You can load either a media roll or a take-up roll core. Then, place the media shaft back in the
media drawer or on the roll winder.
