Training
In order to be able to carry out Performance Checks using the Function Checker, it is necessary to
be familiar with the operation of the C.Scope equipment that is to be checked.
Training courses in the proper and complete use of all C.Scope Locator equipment is available from
C.Scope and via authorised C.Scope agents.
Training is also available from C.Scope in the proper and complete use of the Function Checker.
Servicing
The Function Checker has no serviceable parts (excluding batteries). However, the Function Checker
should be calibrated by C.Scope at least once a year. Failure to complete an annual calibration may
invalidate the results. The date when the next service is due is marked on the Function Checker.
Repairs
If a C.Scope product fails any of the Condition Checks or Performance Checks then it should be
withdrawn from service immediately and returned to a C.Scope Authorised Service Centre.
