Electrical Fittings

Turning on:

Press the rotary knob (Fig. 91,2): the 12 V living area power supply is switched on. The LCD dis-
play shows the current condition data and is lit for approx. 15 seconds. Additionally, in the event
of an alarm, the relevant alarm display appears.

Turning off:

³

Press the rotary knob (Fig. 91,2) for more than 1 second: the 12 V living area power supply is
switched off. The LCD display fades.

LCD Display and Operation

The LCD displays are divided into three sections:

Information line (Fig. 94,7)

z

Symbol window (Fig. 94,6)

z

Status line (Fig. 94,5)

Symbol window

Using the rotary knob (Fig. 94,2), symbols can be selected in the symbol window and the relevant
menus called up. The arrows 

 (Fig. 94,1) indicate that other symbols are available in the direction

displayed.

Turn the rotary knob until the required sym-
bol is dark (Fig. 94,4).

³

Turn the rotary knob: the menu for the se-
lected symbol appears.

In the menu, menu functions can be selected or
values changed using the rotary knob. To do
this, turn the rotary knob (select menu function
or change value) and press the rotary knob (ac-
tivate menu function or confirm value).

To exit the menu, select and activate the cross

 in the upper right corner of the display.

When switching on the 12 V power supply, all lights in the living room that can be con-
trolled via the panel are switched on for approx. 15 seconds.  After approx. 15 sec-
onds, the system returns to the last settings saved.

To prevent unnecessary discharging of the living area battery, turn off the 12 V power
supply at the rotary knob whenever you leave the vehicle.

V

Appliances such as the safety/drainage valve, charger, solar regulator and panel con-
sume approx. 20 mA to 65 mA of electricity from the battery capacity, even when the
12 V power supply is turned off. Therefore, you should switch the main switch to "O"
when the motorhome is not used for a long period of time.
