Appliances
Gas and electrical operation
Turning on:

Open the regulator tap on the gas bottle and the gas isolator tap "Heater/boiler".
³
Set sliding switch (Fig. 118,1) to electrical operation.
³
Set sliding switch (Fig. 118,3) to gas operation.
³
Set sliding switch (Fig. 118,6) to either "Hot Water" (Fig. 118,7) or to "Heater and Hot Water"
(Fig. 118,5).
³
When there is a fault the red indicator lamp lights up (Fig. 118,2).
Turning off:
³
Set sliding switch (Fig. 118,1, 3 and 6) to "0".
³
When not in use for an extended period, close the regulator tap on the gas bottle and the gas
isolator tap "Heater/boiler".
Emptying:
³
Switch off boiler.
³
Open the drain cocks (Fig. 119). To do this, set the rocking lever (Fig. 119,1) in a vertical
position. The boiler is drained to the outside by the drain cock.
³
Check whether the water has been drained completely from the boiler (approx. 12.5 litres).
