Turning off:

Set rotary switch (Fig. 106,3) to "Off" (Fig. 106,4).

When not in use for an extended period, close the regulator tap on the gas bottle and the gas
isolator tap "Heater/boiler".
After switching off the heater, the circulating fan may still run for a moment to use up the residual
heat.
Summer operation
9.2.3 Alde Hot-Water Heater (Special Equipment)
The hot-water heater has been fitted below in
the wardrobe.
The hot-water heater has three operating
modes:

Hot water (Fig. 107,7)
z
Heater and hot water (Fig. 107,5)
z
Heater (Fig. 107,4)

Use the sliding switch to set the operating
mode (Fig. 107,6).
The hot-water heater can be operated with the
following energy sources:
z
Gas operation (Fig. 107,3)
z
230 V electrical operation (Fig. 107,1)
z
Gas and 230 V electrical operation

Never run hot-water heater without heating fluid. Observe notes in chapter 12.

Do not drill holes in the floor of the living area. This might damage the hot-water pipes.

Do not use the space above and behind the hot-water heater as a storage compart-
ment.

Bürstner recommends to bleed the heating system after the initial heater operation
and to check the glycol content. Observe notes in chapter 12.
