6.8.2 Suspension Table (Variant 2)
The suspension table size can be enlarged by
inserting a table-top extension.
Extending:
³
Open catches (Fig. 59,1).
³
Slightly lift the front of the table-top
(Fig. 58,2).
³
Pull out the table-top as far as it can go.
³
Set down the table.
³
Insert the table-top extension (Fig. 58,1)
and secure it with the catch (Fig. 59,1).
³
Lift the table-top slightly and push back as
far as possible.
³
Secure the table-top with the catches.
Reducing size:
³
Open catches (Fig. 59,1).
³
Slightly lift the front of the table-top and pull
forward.
³
Remove table-top extension (Fig. 58,1) and
lay it aside.
³
Slightly lift the front of the table-top
(Fig. 58,2).
³
Push in the entire table-top.
³
Set down the table.
³
Secure the table-top with the catches.
Conversion to bed foundation:
³
Open catches (Fig. 60,1).
³
Slightly lift the front of the table-top.
³
Remove table leg and lay it aside.
³
Push the table-top approx. 45° upwards and
remove it from the upper mounting rail.
³
Bolt on the short table leg.
³
Insert the table-top at a 45° angle in the low-
er mounting rail (Fig. 60,2) and lower it for-
wards.
