Sensor Histogram
This function, which can be activated pressing the button from any menu screen, provides many
qualitative and quantitative indications.
In particular the following indicators can be displayed in a graphic way:
•
TPM or TPI values read by the various sensors within each machine side and graphic comparison
among the various sensors
•
Variation coefficient (CV%). This indicator measures how much the twist reading is stable, i.e. how
much repetitive (stable) the twist process is. Low coefficient values indicate a high twist and yarn
production process stability..
Press the indicated button to directly access the graphic.
TPM or TPI values display
To select in turn the various sensors and view the detected
value in real time (
the solid bar indicates the currently
selected sensor ) ( in this example: sensor 1, section 1, side
A; read value 24 ).
This button allows you to select the rotary selector function
within the graphic display screen.
Pressing the button when the
option is active, the
SIDE: X option will be selected; this means that rotating the
selector, you may choose between SIDE A and SIDE B .
Similarly, pressing the button when the SIDE: X option is
active, the option will be selected; this means that
rotating the selector, the positions within the active side will
be highlighted in sequence.
In the example shown, the
option is active, the selected
position is POS:1 and the value read by POS:1 is TPM: 24.
