SIDE - Machine Sides Definition
SETUP CONFIG SIDE
This function allows you to logically subdivide the machine into two logical sides
(A and B) to make easier the IS3W.. sensor location.
The subdivision function can be disabled using the OFF option. The sensor
numbering is indicated in different way depending on the enabling/disabling
condition of this option.:
Examples:
1)
Number of installed sensors: 100; option SIDE disabled
Sensors: 1, 2, 3......................98, 99, 100
2) Number of installed sensors: 100; option SIDE enabled
Sensors: 1A, 2A, 3A..............48A, 49A, 50A
1B, 2B, 3B..............48B, 49B, 50B
Once you have selected the SIDE function from CONFIG menu, press
to
have access to the function
If necessary, press to select the desired option:
SIDE A-B = machine logically subdivided into 2 sides (A and B)
SIDE OFF = logically subdivision disabled (OFF)
Press to confirm the selection
Press once to return to the CONFIG menu, or press it twice to return to the
Main Menu.
When the SIDE function is enabled, all the screens showing the device number
will also include the side indication (either A or B).
