3001
[PC Communication
Error]
Although the communication
data is attempted to be sent
from the GTX to the PC, it
cannot be received by the
PC.
(1) Check to see if the USB/LAN cable is properly
connected between the PC and the GTX.
(2) Check to see if the tools and application
software used in the PC are properly activated and
operated.
(3) On the printer driver property screen of the PC,
check to see if the bi-directional support is
enabled.
(4) Reactivate both the PC and GTX to redo the
operation.
3002 [PC Data Error]
Although the communication
data sent from the PC is
received by the GTX, the
content seems to be not
correct.
(1) Reactivate the PC/GTX.
(2) Re-create the print data and redo the
operations on various tools.
(3) If the error could be cleared by process (1) and
(2) and any error occurred during the use of
software of any manufacturer other than Brother
(other than GTX4 printer driver, Maintenance Tool,
Firmware Update Tool, Graphix Lab, Service Tool),
please contact the manufacturer of the used
software.
3003 [PC Data Error]
Received the communication
data of unsupported version
from the PC.
The version of the firmware used in the GTX4
main unit and that of the software in the PC (printer
driver, FileViewer, etc.) are not compatible.
Update both the firmware and PC software to the
newest versions.
3004 [PC Data Error]
When updating the firmware
from the PC side, a certain
communication error occurs.
(1) Check to see if there is such device in the
peripheral of the GTX, that may generate a big
noise.
(2) Check to see if the USB cables and LAN
cables meet the specified requirements. And,
check to see if the USB cables and LAN cables
are securely connected to the GTX and PC.
(3) After reactivating the GTX and PC, redo the
operation that has so far been executed on the
PC.
3005 [PC Data Error]
Any error has occurred in the
communication data.
3010 [PC Data Error]
Any error has occurred in the
communication data.
(1) Reactivate the PC/GTX.
(2) Re-create the print data and redo the
operations on various tools.
(3) If the error could be cleared by process (1) and
(2) and any error occurred during the use of
software of any manufacturer other than Brother
(other than GTX4 printer driver, Maintenance Tool,
Firmware Update Tool, Graphix Lab, Service Tool),
please contact the manufacturer of the used
software.
3013 [PC Data Error]
Any error has occurred in the
communication data. Perform the operation following the instructions of
the software used on the PC.
