6.4 Replacement-Griddle Burner
6.4.1 Griddle Burner Gas Control
1. Remove
control
panel.
2.
Unscrew main burner supply, pilot burner supply and
thermocouple from gas control.
3.
Unscrew manifold connection to gas control and remove
gas control.
4.
Replace and re-assemble in reverse order.
NOTE: When screwing thermocouple back into gas
control, once threaded up tighten up another ¼
turn only. Do not over-tighten.
6.4.2 Gas Control Magnet
1.
Remove griddle plate.
2.
Remove griddle reflector for access.
3.
Remove the thermocouple from the rear of the gas
control valve (refer figure 6.4.7b).
4.
Remove nut at rear of gas control valve.
5.
Remove the magnet from gas control valve.

6.4.3 Griddle Burner Removal
1.
Remove griddle plate.
2.
Remove griddle reflector.
3. Unscrew
the

" screw at rear of burner.
4.
Remove burner, replace and re-assemble in reverse
order.
6.4.4 Griddle Burner Injector
1.
Remove griddle plate.
2.
Remove griddle reflector.
3.
Remove griddle burner (refer 6.4.3).
4.
Lift out stainless steel reflector plate.
5.
Remove griddle main injector from gas assembly
mounting.
6.
Clean or replace as necessary, and re-assemble in
reverse order.
