6.2 Replacement - Open Burners
(up to Ser No. 718549).

Remove pot stand castings (front and rear).

Remove two cap screws securing burner guard and
remove burner guard.

Remove burner caps and bowls (front and rear).

Undo two cap screws securing thermocouple bracket
and (Pilot burner if applicable) and remove bracket.

Undo main injector and injector assembly securing nut.

Burner Venturi

Remove two screws securing burner venturi and remove
burner venturi and replace.
7.
Re-assemble in reverse order.
NOTE: Ensure when re-assembling, burner bowls are
seated correctly on cap screw heads.
