6.3.2 Open Burner Venturi
1.
Remove control panel (refer 6.1.1).
2. Remove
burner
mounting rail (refer 6.3.1).
3.
Disconnect gas connection from rear of Venturi.
4.
Unscrew and remove Main Injector.
5.
Remove Injector Connector from Venturi.
6.
Remove 2 screws and washers securing burner venturi to
the mounting rail.
7.
Remove Venturi and Gasket fitted between the venturi
and the mounting rail.
8.
Re-assemble in reverse order.

6.3.4 Main Burner Thermocouple
1.
Remove front control panel (refer 6.1.1).
2. Remove
burner
mounting rail (refer 6.3.1).
3.
Undo thermocouple from burner mounting rail.
4.
Undo thermocouple from rear of gas control valve.
5.
Remove thermocouple from burner mounting rail.
6.
Re-assemble in reverse order.
NOTE: When screwing thermocouple back into gas
control, once threaded up tighten up another ¼
turn only. Do not over-tighten.
Thermocouple.
Undo this Nut.

6.3.3 Open Burner Main Injector
1.
Remove front control panel (refer 6.1.1).
2. Remove
burner
mounting rail (refer 6.3.1).
3.
From the underside of the burner mounting Rail, remove
Main Injectors and replace with correct size injectors as
shown in ‘Gas Specifications Tables’ at end of this
section.
4.
Re-assemble in reverse order.
