6.5.8 Oven Pilot Burner H.T Lead
1.
Remove the three screws along the top of the bottom
lintel, and loosen the three bolts along the underside of
the bottom lintel. Remove the bottom lintel.
2.
Remove H.T. lead from the pilot ignition electrode.
3.
Remove oven control panel (refer 6.1.2) and remove H.T.
lead from the rear of the piezo ignitor.
4.
Replace lead and re-assemble in reverse order.

6.5.9 Oven Piezo Ignitor
1.
Remove oven control panel (refer 6.1.2).
2.
Undo securing nut that holds piezo ignitor to the oven
control panel.
3.
Remove piezo ignitor and replace, re-assemble in reverse
order.

6.5.10 Oven Gas Control
1.
Remove oven control panel (refer 6.1.2).
2.
Remove RH side panel.
3.
Remove main gas supply, pilot gas line, main injector gas
line, wiring and thermocouple from gas control.
4.
Remove four screws securing gas control bracket to
chassis and remove gas control.
5.
Transfer bracket from old gas control to new gas control,
re-assemble in reverse order.
