The value, in 2 minute intervals, of the retransmission timer. The default
(and minimum) value is 3, which represents the basic limit of 4 minutes. The
maximum value is 255, which represents a limit of 8 hours and 30 minutes
(=510 minutes).
NOTE
This is a server-wide parameter that effects all telnet sessions (both in-
going and outgoing to/from the Terminal Server). The Terminal Server
will use this value in a “retransmission phase” of a TCP session, and will
continue to try retransmission until the limit is reached. Then, it will
disconnect the telnet session.

This is a privileged command that indicates the name of the LAT service to be
designated. The maximum number of LAT services defined at a given time
is 64.
