Select the protocol by using the protocol file tree in the left top side of the screen,
from the file explorer. In this figure, the protocol named ‘Demo2’ is selected.

When a protocol is selected the corresponding protocol graph will be displayed in the
right top side of the screen.

Select a target Instrument
a)
Select the instrument to operate from the list in the lower left of the screen.

Click the check box, and then ‘Run’ button will be activated in the left bottom of the
screen.

Run
a)
Click ‘Run’ button, the message box confirming whether to run will appear as shown
in the figure below.
b)
If ‘Yes’ button is clicked, the protocol will be downloaded to the selected instrument
and begin.
