Editing Protocols

Creating a new protocol
1)
Press ‘New Protocol’ icon of ‘Home’ menu.
Press ‘New Protocol’ icon, and then ‘Edit Protocol’ screen will appear.
In this screen, the user can select a protocol among template protocols for new
experiment.
The user can make customized protocols for their intended purpose, by changing
values such as temperature, time, repeats and the number of steps in the template
protocol and then save the changed protocol to the desired name on the directed
folder.

Description
1. Protocol name
Display the name of the pre-set protocols, and the user can select
one of those for their purpose. After saving the protocol, display the
name of the saved protocol.
2. Lid temperature
If this option is checked, hot-top is used. Its temperature fixed at
105 °C
