Loading Samples into the Instrument
This section describes how to load samples in tubes or plates.
See the appropriate section for your instrument.
There is no need to use mineral oil or glycerin in the block wells or as a vapor barrier over
the PCR reaction mixture in the tubes. The Tubes fit tightly in the wells, and the hot-top
cover exerts an even pressure on all tubes, eliminating condensation on the tubes.

Loading tubes
1)
Prepare 0.2 ml volume PCR tubes.
2)
Pipette the samples into the tubes.
3)
Cap the tubes.
4)
Place the tubes onto the bath block.
5)
Close the hot-top cover.
Loading the 96-well plate
1)
Prepare 0.2 ml volume 96-well plate.
2)
Pipette the samples into wells of the plate.
3)
Cover the plates with clear adhesive film.
4)
Place the 96-well plates onto the bath block.
5)
Close the hot-top cover.

1)
Prepare 0.02 ml volume 384-well plate.
2)
Pipette the samples into wells of the plate.
3)
Cover the plates with clear adhesive film.
4)
Place the 384-well plate onto the bath block.
5)
Close the hot-top cover.

Slide Thermal Block
1)
Place the slide block on the block guide adapter.
2)
Pipette the samples onto wells of the gel coated glass.
3)
Cover the glass with clear silicon.
4)
Place the slide block onto the bath block.
