Store step is provided in the last part of each protocol for proper storage of
samples.

Adding new steps.
a)
Touch the step to add a new step on their right. If a specific step is not selected, a
new step will be added in front of the first step.
b)
Press ‘Add’ icon of the bottom menu.
c)
‘Step Options’ window will be appeared.
d)
Select a protocol step among ‘Incubate’, ‘Goto’ and ‘Store’ in the top side of this
window.

In each protocol step, the method of inserting values is same to ‘change values’ that
previously described (See ‘Modifying the temperature, time and cycles of the existing
steps’ at p. 22 ~ 26).
