Editing protocols in ‘Edit Protocol’ screen
1)
Modifying the temperature, time and cycles of the existing steps.
a)
Select the values of the temperature, the time and the repeats on the procedure
graph.
b)
‘Step Options’ window will appear. There are 4 types of ‘Step Options’ described in
Table 5.
c)
Touch the values that need to be changed.
d)
Modify the values by using the number pad on the right side.
e)
Press ‘OK’ button
f)
‘Step Options’ window will disappear, and the changed values are applied on the
current protocol.
