Return to ‘Home’ menu.
‘Pause’ is to stop temporarily.
‘Resume’ is to continue ‘Run’ again from
the ‘Pause’ state.
Stop current running protocol.
When pressing ‘Home’ icon, ‘Home’ menu will be displayed with the message blinking ‘PCR
Running’. By pressing it, the screen will turn into ‘Run’ screen again.

While running, the user can make, open and edit protocols at ‘New Protocol’ and ‘Open
Protocol’. However, the current running protocol cannot be edited until the run has ended.
