Running the PCR protocols 

 

 

Press  ‘Run’  icon  on  ‘Edit  Protocol’  or  ‘Open  Protocol’  screen,  and  then  the  ‘Run’  screen  is 

displayed as shown below.

Description 

1. Protocol Name 

The name of the current protocol 

2. Lid Temperature 

Show current lid temperature. 

3. Step 

The current running step is displayed blinking, and the time of the 

step will be decreased. 

4. Repeats 

The repeat number will be displayed like as ‘current repeat number / 

full repeat number’ on ‘Goto’ step. 

5. Status messages 

 

Show the estimated end time. (H:M:S) 

 

Show the current block temperature.
