Creating a new user account

User’s Manual

•

Enter:

−

The user’s name, to open a work session.

−

The user’s full name.

−

The description of the user (facultative).

−

The user’s password.

Note:

The password must include at least 8 characters.

•

Indicate whether:

−

The user must change password at the next login.

−

The user cannot change password (not in accordance with 21CFR11
regulations).

−

The password never expires (not in accordance with 21CFR11
regulations).

−

The account is disabled.

•

Click on "Create" to create the new user account.

The information entered and the options selected disappear from the
screen.

•

Click "Close" to close the window.
