The screen for opening audit trail files consists of:
1. A field for selecting audit trail files or folders.
2. A field for displaying the selected audit trail files or folders.
3. A field for displaying the type (format) of audit trail files.
4. Two buttons which are used to:
− Add the selected file(s) to the list of audit trail files to be opened (5) :

− Add the file(s) contained in the selected folder(s) to the list of audit trail
files to be opened

Note: To remove a file from the list (5) , select it and use the button .
The button is used to delete all the files from the list (5) .
