Preparing a rack for reading

Modifyi ng a val idated rack
To modify a validated rack:
•
Click on icon (Modify).
The flashing icon disappears from the task bar.
The data are now accessible on the rack reading preparation screen and
the rack can no longer be read.
•
Modify the rack in the same way as when preparing a rack using an empty
or existing rack.
•
Validate the rack preparation again so that it is taken into account when the
rack is read (see Validating rack preparation on page 5-50).
Reading a prepared rack
Reading of a prepared rack is performed in the same way as rack reading (see
Reading
TEMPO
®
cards on page 5-18).
When the prepared rack is read, it is deleted from the rack reading preparation
screen.
Note: If a rack has been modified while still in the TEMPO
®
Reader , it is not
necessary to remove it before starting the reading.
