In the application definition you can select the excitation and emission filter and the lamp energy
for fluorescence measurements. For best results we recommend a lamp energy between 80
and 100%. Available filters can be selected depending on which filter wheel / slider configura-
tion you have selected in the <
Excitation
> and <
Emission
>section.
The Berthold Application Support is available to recommend filters when you are selecting the
optimum filter combination for your fluorescence application.
